I finally have had a moment to update my website.  Check out my new favorite of all time.  I always put my favorites on my Home Page.  This gem of a cake is not for the average guy.  They would look at it and say, " Just that for all that money?"  What doesn't meet the eye at first glance is the "patina" that this little edible "box/vase" has.  It looks old. The stark lines have softened and crumbled a bit.  The colors are soft and old with a hint of edible gold leaf.

Home from North American Equitation Finals in Washington DC.  Katie did beautifully and has landed the distinction of being one of the top riders in the country.  So back to sugar, and working on "A Wedding in Pink."  Lots and lots of pink roses along with vines of baby flowers and ivey are being churned out.  Look for pictures soon.
